Hello, all! I just took the CPJE on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010. I received the results by mail yesterday with a letter dated Feb. 1, 2010 that I had passed with an 89. I'm astounded with the fast turn around time based on previous posts I had read! I used four sources for studying: Pass Naplex Now (June 2009), The APhA Complete Review for Pharmacy 6th Edition, ProntoPass flashcards and posters, and Lange Q&A for Pharmacy (written by two of my old professors!). Four things were especially helpful for me with regards to studying and are all available on the California Board of Pharmacy website: The Pharmacist Self Assessment (print it out and READ it), the sample questions (2 questions on my exam were verbatim from the sample tests), the latest version of The Script Newsletter, and the Offsite Storage Waiver pdf.

Here are some answers to some of the questions I've been asked:
-I live in New York, near Ithaca. I took the CPJE in San Francisco.
-I don't have any experience with the Weizman or Guide To Clinical Pharmacy (USC notes). I haven't found any one source that contains all the information I felt necessary for studying. Each one has its' strength and weaknesses. On the other hand, I'm 49 years old and have been licensed in NY for 27 years so I had a LOT of catching up to do. 🙂

-Link to Offsite Storage Waiver: http://www.pharmacy.ca.gov/forms/offsite_storage.pdf
-Link to 2010 Law Changes: http://www.pharmacy.ca.gov/laws_regs/new_laws.pdf
-I am willing to sell all my study materials and will post them later. I'm asking $200 for the Pass Naplex Now books.
