To those who have administered the CPT-II can you tell me what index I should look at for malingering detection? Can someone please PM me? I can't seem to find any literature using the index and I have examined the description of each score.

I'd suggest starting with the manual first, as that will give you the information you need to actually be able to interpret the results of the test.

Additionally, discussing explicit cut-offs for symptom validity scales for any test over a public forum generally isn't a particularly good idea for a variety of reasons.

I appreciate your concerns AcronymAllergy and I will edit the post to a PM request instead though I would not see the harm in discussing cut-scores that are determined via logarithms I see your point in terms of test validity.
