Hi, I was wondering if anyone has Crack DAT Math scores that they can compare with their real scores on the test?
I have been getting around average of 19 with a high of 22 and a low of 17 on the first 8 or so tests. I just would be nice to know where I might stand on the real thing.

Thanks for any help you may offer in advance!

I have the same question! I'm averaging about the same but am not sure with the difficulty level. I'm taking mine on Saturday so i'll let you know how they compare then eeeek

Could you guys let me know how crack dat math compares in difficulty with destroyer math?

Same question here was averaging 18 for a while got it above 20 for the last 2 and now 22 and 22 so maybe its helping! I can hope at least lol. But seriously it helped me get the timing down. I dont really feel rushed anymore. Taking it Thursday so Ill let you both know

Destroyer math is great gateway into the QR section because tey problems cover many topics and there are a lot of them yet they are not too hard. Its a great way to start practicing and getting problems down. I think its a little ont he easy side though. Crack math helps A TON with timing which seems to be the big issue in this section but dont know how the problem types compare.

It seems we are most all nearly in the same boat. lol
I am taking the test on Thursday as well 🙂
Maybe its is just me but it seems that some tests are much more challenging than others or maybe I was just a zombie in a couple. The last two I have gotten 22 and 21 and I am crossing my fingers for the real thing.

Good Luck everyone

Yea I think some are harder b.c they all have same format you can get the rate question thats harder than another one and if you have a few hard ones in a row its a harder test but its still good practice regardless.
Good luck to you too, where you takin it?

Which version of CDM did you buy? When the box reads 10 sample tests, is that all that's in the software or does it also include extra sample problems? I'd hate to buy the most expensive bundle that cost a whopping $400!

Thanks in advance!

i have been skipping the trig problems on crack since on the real test they do not get that deep into trig, from what I have heard they will ask about formulas and even if you had to calculate it would be nothing like crack. would you guys agree?

I didn't always finish the CDM tests, as you can see from those 18's. I finished the real QR with a few minutes to spare. I felt a lot less rushed on the actual thing, even though there were more word problems than on CDM. I can't tell you whether the real DAT was easier or my blood adrenaline levels were outrageously high that day. Either way, try to score as high as you can on CDM, and your actual QR should be around the same score or a little higher.

I would definitely suggest against skipping problems on CDM. The most substantial advantage of doing CDM is to practice your timing. If you're not completing each entire test, then you aren't able to experience the same time constraints that you will on test day. On my DAT, I do remember some trig questions, while I do not remember their difficulty. Just complete the CDM tests in whole. Skipping those questions can only hurt you in the long run. Better safe than sorry.
