crack dat pat error!

I purchased crack dat pat royal flush edition ($200) a week ago and I tried it couple of times to see how it works. I havent even tried the full length tests yet and now it says I have an invalid license.

I do not know why because i didn't install it to a different computer or anything. and my internet was connected.
So I filled out a message on crack dat pat support website to ask why. And then I found a thread regarding invalid license on the website and it says

" for any "invalid license key" errors that are generated AFTER the software has been activated, our support team does not have the obligation nor responsibility to replace your license key."

wtf, is that mean I am going to lose $200???
does anyone had such a problem???

i only tried out few questions and i can't believe i can't use it anymore....😱

can you login? where it says "DAT account login" on the top right hand corner of the site, im trying to login on the website and it keeps giving me an error

there is something wrong with the website right now.
i cant go any where else other than the main page.

They told me this morning that they performed an upgrade to the licensing server and it caused some problems.
Fortunately mine works now..

Which version did everyone get? I'm thinking 5 tests should be good considering there's also topscore, achiever, etc.

I got royal flush edition-10 tests plus 1000s of extra questions (angle, hole punch, cube counting) I got this edition because i need extra practice on angle questions
