Im having problems with the software, I emailed them and they sent an autom. message to my email saying they recived request, but up to now now one has gotten back to me. Will they respond back to my Email or I have to login to the Crackpat page to see the respond, wa should I do, is there a phone number????

Are you getting the "enter your license code" message?
I had that problem and then I logged onto their webpage and sent them an email. They did not reply, but they sent me a different code.
