Crack the PAT SUCKS!!!!!! i am having the same problem you are, and they have not responded to any of my emails. i bought that crap over a week ago, and they said some error in their server was being corrected and it would be back last friday. Well, its not up, and they have been ignoring all of my emails. I am going to email them everyday about getting my money back until they respond. I most definitely think i got scammed.
My advice to everyone else, i would highly recommend NOT NOT NOT getting this program.
