Has anyone used the practice test's offered on crackpcat.com? They have 2 different packages containing a bunch of practice PCAT tests with explanations for a reasonable price and I was thinking about buying them, but I cant find anyone on this forum who has used it.

I actually have the dr. collins packets, How did you use them to its full advantage? Did you keep focus on the study guides or the practice tests?

I focused on practice tests and especially the timing. I referred back to stay guide for review on concepts I forgot.

I used crack the pcat it was a great program and helped me get a great score I would recommend it to anyone trying to better themselves and there score!

would you say the level of difficulty of the questions are similar to the ones on the pcat?

Madison24 that question was for you, sorry for the confusion I forgot to quote your previous post

The CRACK PCAT tests were beneficial for practicing timed examinations. There is a built in timer that you can choose to turn on or off when taking your test so you can work through at your own pace or choose to be timed. You can also choose to take a specific subject test rather than a full length if you are focusing on a specific section (Verbal, Biology, Chemistry, etc.) which I found extremely helpful. The score is given instantly and the best part is that you can retake the tests as many times as you'd like. The biology material was helpful and comprehensive, though it had some questions that are no longer covered on the PCAT (like fungi). It helped me know what to subject areas to focus on mostly microbiology and anatomy. THE BEST PART are the video lessons for the biology because they go more in depth than what just the specific question was asking so you learn more about the subject. The verbal section has video explanations as well, but are very quick, brief explanations. The math section does not have videos yet, but they do have written answer explanations that help. Sometimes the explanations leave out steps, but overall they are beneficial to solving the problems and are very close to the challenging level of the real exam.
