CrackdatPAT, how to view explanations?

I recently bought the Ace bundle and i took my first test today... got a 17...
but anyways, when i was done I tried to click on the explanations but nothing showed up. The video explanation said i needed to upgrade and the text explanation was empty...
so how do you view the explanations? thanks
i have a macbook btw, not sure if it makes a difference

I kept getting something saying there was no explanation for any of the questions. It's some weird bug with the program, you have to go to their site and re-download the program for your license and install it again, then you'll be able to view the text answers.

for me, 1) save it to my desktop 2) open chrome 3) drag the desktop file into chrome

Do you use Google Chrome? If you do, make sure to download flash player from Adobe. That should be the reason you are unable to view the text help
