I don't know about the book, but the one I used for gross was:

Oh- Olfactory
Oh- Optic
Oh- Occulomotor
To - Trochlear
Touch- Trigeminal
And- Abducens
Feel- Facial
Virgin- Vestibulocochlear
Girls- Glossopharyngeal
Vaginas- Vagus
And- Accessory
Hymens- Hypoglossal

And for Which are Sensory (s), Motor (m) or both (b)

I haven't read the book but there are a few; two of which I remember:

the clean one: On old Olympus towering top a Finn and German viewed some hops.

the other one from back in the day when women were "girls": Oh, oh, oh, to touch and feel a girl's vagina, so heavenly.

I am in the process of finishing Hot Lights, Cold Steel and the acronym is "Oh, Oh, Oh, To Touch And Feel A Girl's Vagina, Ah, Heaven." It's a good book...I really liked Intern and Complications as well
