Hi all, does anyone know of any good videos online that traces each of the cranial nerves from its origin to its target organs? I have a difficult time visualizing everything in 3D - I know the major pit-stops (e.g. the synapsing ganglion) but not the overall picture. Thanks!

Don't know about videos but I really liked Thieme Head and Neuroanatomy. Good pictures of each individual cranial nerve, their course, and their brainstem origins. Another decent book but quite detailed is Cranial Nerves: Function and Dysfunction.

ISBNs
Thieme: 978-1604062908
Cranial nerves: Fun...: 978-1607950318

My school used "Anatomy and Physiology Revealed." I don't remember how much it cost but I found it helpful.

Also, old school neuroanatomy coloring book.

See if your school has access to Aclan videos (even if you don't I think there may be some available free online, but don't quote me. They are on real prosections, not an animation, and are pure gold.
