Here's the deal: I never really learned cranial when I was in school (totally failed my written exam . . . along with 75% of the rest of my class), and what little tidbits I DID know are completely out the window at this point. I just never got it. Anyone have any tips on how to learn this for boards? Or should I just take a hit on these questions and move on to studying something else?

Look over a Board Review book for Neurology. This is likely to be a very small part of Step III so spend minimal time on this and only within the context of a Neurological exam.

If only this stuff were actually found in a Neurology text. ;)

Undergrad, I plan on just glancing over the cranial section in Savarese. I only had a few questions on Step 2 & have been told that Step 3 is about the same.
