Hey everyone,
Ok so I thought I had things all figured out for what school I want to go to but now I'm starting to second guess my thought process. I didn't like NYU too much before(really expensive and big class size) but everyone I talk to keeps bringing up the intangibles of new york city. I think I was set on Case for a while but I am still concerned about the program and if it will be effective because of its relatively new status there. I liked Case from what I can remember but give NYU the upperhand on facilities by just a slight nod. Cost I think for NYU is understimated just because I was in NY twice now and let me tell you practically breathing there costs money. Finally my last real consideration is VCU of all the schools all the dentists I have spoken to have really really recommended VCU and talked up the clinical to be fantastic. That being said I wasn't really in love with Richmond but then again I am not really in love with Cleveland either. I am so grateful for the opportunity to pick from these great programs but I'm not sure now whats the best thing for later possibly specializing, which ones the students are nice and not uber-competitive, and which ones have the best clinical. Please just hit me up with your thoughts, especially if you chose one of these schools what you think, better yet if you go there.
Thanks!!
