ok, so rental car companies won't rent to you if you're under the age of 21. My Arizona interview is this wednesday and i'm staying with a friend whose car is in the shop.......any suggestions!!??

fly to san francisco bay area, get my car and then drive to Arizona 😉

It won't look funny. This is funny: $120 from San Francisco to New York City (one-way). $55 from JFK to Columbia. I guess taxis use more gasoline

You think thats bad I paid $62 from BDL to Southington when interviewing at UConn.

Most will rent one to you but it's normally twice the price. The school is about 15-20 min from the airport so I guess that should help you determine what is cheaper. Why can't your friend borrow a car to get you?
 
Did you try Enterprise? I was pretty young the first time I rented from them.
