Creating a PTCAS Account

Hey guys, I was wondering, I made a PTCAS account last cycle to see what it looked like but did not submit anything. Can I still use this same account this cycle without any problems?

I believe it doesn't save information unless you submit. You'll have to re enter stuff I believe unfortunately

I'm not necessarily worried about the information, but will my account itself transfer to the 2015-2016 cycle for me use so I don't have to remake an account?

If you asking if you will need to make a new log in then no I do not believe so but if you didn't save/submit anything then you'll have to re-enter all that information in....and even if you do need to make a new login it does not take very long to do.

I did the same thing and my application still said 2014-15 cycle and when Im trying to make a new account, I cant find the link for it, I only saw the link for reapplicants.

I'm getting the same thing. The new cycle was supposed to open today but it doesn't look like it's up yet. I'm going to try back in a couple of hours.

From the PTCAS Facebook page:
"The 2015-16 PTCAS application will open by no earlier than noon and no later than 5:00 pm ET on July 1. If it's not open when you first visit the site, please try again later in the day. Good luck!"

I have the same concern, but if you guys call PTCAS, I'm sure they'll direct you to the correct method of reapplying under those circumstances.
