Patient with previous renal function (BUN 10mg/dl, plasma creatinine 1 mg/dl and creatinine clearance 120ml/min) is admired with severe dyspnea and CHF. On admission creatinine clearance is 80 ml/min and 24 hour urine collection is 750ml. what would be the most likely BUN and plasma creatinine?
