credentialed at one hospital routine application no fee. this was through a recruiter maybe they paid a fee I don't know.

received a credentialing packet from a second hospital i'm considering. Is it customary for them to request a $200 fee or is this a red flag. thanks

Very common, but almost always paid by your employer. Unless you are a solo practitioner, in that case-it's you.
