Creighton email...(does it mean I'm prob rejected..??)

Trying to figure out why they would send me this e-mail...is this an indication of an upcoming rejection?

The Creighton University School of Medicine Postbaccalaureate Premedical Program is now accepting applications for the 2006-2007 academic year.

Our 2006-2007 Post-baccalaureate Program does include a program fee which will be determined after February 15, 2006.

Successful completion of this program carries a guarantee of medical school admission with a $10,000 annual scholarship to Creighton University School of Medicine.

I got it to and I was rejected. However, I think they just sent out a mass email because I don't even fit the criteria.

i got one too, but i never even completed the secondary. I think its a mass e-mail though, because I wouldn't qualify for the post bacc program, I don't think. I was a biochem major in college with a 3.92 science gpa, so it'd be kind of weird if they were targeting me for it (its my mcat score that needs the help) so i wouldn't worry about it. i think its just if you're not their OK list yet , you get the e-mail. no fears!

I got this email to and I was accepted so no worrying! I bet they sent it to everyone who put Creighton on their AMCAS application, regardless of whether or not they submitted a secondary.

Just call them/email them at the end of this week. They'll let you know if you were acepted if the committee met this week.

i already got my rejection from them...so i found it rather funny when they sent it to me...especially considering that on my application, they should be able to see that i already completed a post-bac program, making their program somewhat irrelevant to me.

i assume they just sent it to everyone since it says you or someone you know might be interested.

They don't reject anyone who was interviewed. You will either be accepted or waitlisted.

No I'm sure it was some sort of mass email sent to everyone----I was accepted several weeks ago and I just got this in my email box as well (though I did think it was kind of strange....) 🙂

no worries! I got the email yesterday as well....and my acceptance came in the mail today! Interviewed 1/20, Letter dated 1/31. 😀
