I think these schools are similar in many ways. They both are similar in ranking and research opportunities.
Drexel is such a gigantic class, and you might feel a little lost. However, the benefit of this, is that they have students EVERYWHERE. The alumni network is huge, and basically every doc has worked with Drexel graduates. It’s well known throughout the country, and can open up some options when it comes to residency.
Creighton is a little smaller, and has a very “homey” kind of feel. There isn’t much diversity in the class or in the type of person who attends Creighton, which could be a drawback. A very large majority of the students match regionally, so it’s a good school if you want to stay in the Midwest long-term. There’s not much going on in Omaha, and you’ll likely save some money because there’s nothing to do and it’s pretty cheap to live there.
I think this decision should primarily come down to “fit” and location, because otherwise the schools are very similar.
