Have you guys checked out the schools sports complex... they have a kick butt fitness center... I was impressed!

I am a senior a creighton dental and I live at 83rd and cass thereabouts and it is a 10-15 minute drive every morning. We live in a 2 bedroom apartment, plenty of room. It is a very easy drive in the morning and not too far if you have to go back at night.

Thanks nPayne... that helps me too... another question for you... what would you say your avg utility bill run? I'm trying to budget out my next year... make sure it all works out.

On average it is about $100 a month. You pay less during the spring and fall and a little more during summer and winter months...all in all it is pretty cheap to live in omaha
