Somehow I forgot that I was supposed to send a supplementary application to Creighton...do you think that sending in my secondary now significantly affects my chances?

Well, if you would've done it on time, you would have saved yourself X amount of time rather than being passed up for X amount of interviews. So perhaps your odds would be better had you sent in your supplemental application when you were supposed to. However, having said that, apparently they give out acceptances without interviews in some cases, so you still may have a chance after all. You will hear many opinions here but the choice is ultimately yours.
