Does anyone know whether or not Creighton has awarded the five Dean's Scholarships (full tuition) yet?

That's the 34000 dollar question.

I can't even find anyone who knows anything about these scholarships. I'm beginning to wonder if they even exist. I have spoken to Creighton's finacial aid director twice. All she has been able to tell me is that they a still going through the selection process and that it could be the end of May before they are done. I really liked Creighton, but they are dragging their feet too much and if I don't hear anything about scholarships, one way or the other, I will be forced to decline their offer of acceptance.

The rule of thumb here at Creighton is that they do not offer financial aid. If, after you come, and you find they awarded you some scholarship if they have it, then you feel lucky (I got a $2500 scholarship last year). As I understand it, the only way to get in here with the Dean's Scholarship is to be an URM, and likely one at the post-bac program. Cant verify that though.

You should definitely count on NOT getting any financial aid from Creighton.
