Criminal Record?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
If the record was properly expunged it will not show up on your search. If the screening company comes back with it, all you have to do is provide documentation of the expunged record. You have 10 days to dispute any findings, and if you can prove the court granted an expungement, the company is by law required to honor the ruling. Expungement is the way to go, however when you applying for a medical license, you must report everything. By then it will be trivial.

I doubt it will be trivial, you have to consider one of the things you will be applying for is a DEA number and that the DEA takes drugs pretty seriously.

My last post was for the kid with two underage drinking tickets. On the other hand, a drug conviction no matter how old will raise an eyebrow.
