Everyone knocks it but McGlamry is the textbook of choice for CRIPS.

I used PI manual, Residency Review Manual, Handbook of Fracture Classifications from Cali, and read a ton of journal articles.

Many are probably going over the questions that were asked for the past 10 years at some of the programs that were passed down by friends and family.
