Hi guys,

I know it's not too competitive for D.O.s to match into primary care specialties like peds, IM, or FP, but how hard is it getting a subspecialty in critical care medicine with a DO degree after you specialize?

It's easy. Pulmonary/critical care is one of the least competitive internal medicine fellowships. If you do about average you should have no problem. It pays in the upper 200s or low 300s.
