I am interested in a fellowship of sorts in Critical care medicine anywhere in the world, after i complete my M.D. Medicine (Indian equivalent for residency in Internal Medicne) by 2013 from India. Anyone know any good programs,in Europe or US or even India, where i dont have to sit and waste time on their certification exams?? I plan to learn Critical Care and come back and practice in India. any ideas?

if you dont want to go through any certification process, then there are 100's of ICU in India where you can apply. There is no bar on any MBBS graduate or postgraduate (be it anesthesiologist, general medicine, pulmonary medicine, pediatrics or even surgery, neurosurgery, cardiac surgery) to work in any ICU in the country. U will be taken in with open arms and put on night duties from day 1.
