crowns and tooth structure

Hi, I have four crowns on my four front teeth. I'm just wondering in a few years time when they come out and there's no more tooth structure left for the missing teeth to fit new crowns on, what could I do to replace them?

I don't want four front missing teeth in the future. Thanks.
