Crushed on NBME 3

I took NBME 3 as a baseline exam and got crushed (198). Does anyone know how accurate this exam is? I thought it was a really hard test and was struggling to finish some of the sections. I start studying for the next 5 weeks to take the real thing at the end of July. I'm trying to aim for a 240+ but it looks like its going to be an uphill battle now. My plan was basically to use Uworld (probably spend 90% of my time with this) supplementing with pestana/uwise/first aid step 2/SUTM. Does that sound like a decent plan?
