CS lab tests

So I've noticed that in FA for Step 2 CS, they sometimes group tests together as far as orders go. An example is a 7 month old w/ fever. FA has one entry in the orders section of the PN: "CBC w/ diff, UA, UC, BC." Since there is space for 5 or so lab tests on the PN, if I listed these as separate, would I only get credit for one or all four?

I would say this,

1. CBC/Diff + electrolytes
2. UA + Culture
3. Blood Culture x 3

That is how I did it when I took CS.
