Sorry for the silly question:

I signed up for a 3PM CS testing time. The materials, and old residents who have taken it, say the exam is 8 hours long- is that seriously still true? Am I going to freaking be there until 11PM?

Stupid dumb old waste of $1000😡

if being there late is such an issue, there are always the morning start times pending availability of course

I took it in Philly and got out shortly after 10

"pending availability", sure. I was happy just to get the date and location that I got. I should have realized this would be 8 hours, but there was too much rational thought going on in my head that said, "nah, they wouldn't keep us for EIGHT HOURS for such a worthless test! Look, they even scheduled two blocks per day!"

Rational thought should dictate that with 12 stations at 25 minutes each (not factoring in the break time) wouldn't be a short test.

Ahem.

Yes, I had that idea too after I thought about it for more than a few seconds. This hasn't exactly been the top priority on my schedule with ERAS and CK just submitted and to be taken in 1.5 wks, respectively, and my previous post was out of a bit of frustration. Nevertheless, your point(sharply worded as it is) is taken. I salute your intellect and supremacy over online forums.

Sorry if I made that come across sharply worded. I didn't mean it to.
