CS scoring different for IMGs???

My score report:

ICE (Integrated Clinical Encounter)
DG (Data gathering): FAIL (Stars on low end)
PN (Patient note): Borderline
CIS (Communication & Interpersonal skills)
Questioning skills: High end pass
Information sharing skills: High end pass
Professional manner & rapport: High end pass
SEP (Spoken English proficiency): High end pass

I saw in one of the posts, that a guy failed in PE (Physical examination)! How is that possible? It's not even mentioned in my report!!! I thought it's included in DG part. Does that mean AMGs are evaluated differently than IMGs? Thanks for insight!
