CS Testing at end of period, results early in reporting date?

Anyone have experience with this? Is it unrealistic to expect a result, for a CS exam taken at the end of a testing period, to be available at beginning of reporting period? (please excuse my commas if cutting fine points of stylistics, I don't have my Strunk and White available)
