Ace next year's classes to show that this was an unexpected event. A downhill trend will work against your favor.

You can retake them, find a way. It doesn't look good having two C's in the same semester for any science courses.

I really don't know how ROTC works, but why will it not allow you to retake? Can you not just forego the "graduation plan", do your retakes, and graduate afterwards?
