in your closure are you supposed to just discuss ddx + work-up without going into treatment? FA says not to order consults or admit a patient to the hospital - if you have an appy, are you not supposed to admit to hosp for iv abx, npo for surgery? are you supposed to just say, okay ddx is appy vs nephrolithiasis vs EP - we're going to get a CBC, BUN/Cr, pelvic US, bhcg, CTAP if not pregnant, UA?
