CT dose reporting law in CA

For those that practice in CA - how does the law requiring the reporting of CT dose apply to impact radonc? Does the imaging dose from CT simulation fall under these requirements? how about IGRT?

I believe I read or heard somewhere that department of radiation oncology was exempt from that. Someone else can try to confirm. Even if it was necessary, I'm not sure how it would affect day to day practice.

I can confirm Rad Onc is exempt.
