any way to post the pic? usually when you see one big tumor with many small ones around it its primary liver cancer with "satellite nodules". If all the tumors are the same size then its more likely metastatic liver cancer.

I cannot imagine something to be so densely white on a CT of the abdomen besides contrast material, which would make sense because the spleen is resting against a contrast-filled stomach. I might be wrong though.
