Nasoendoscopy was not rhintic, sound hyponasal.

This is a mucus retention cyst. Very common and is not symptomatic.

that's like asking someone to look in the neighbors window and see if they have an xbox 360. you only have 2 images here. paranasal sinsuses are incompletely visualized. why don't you read the radiology report? the findings you are asking about is not something commonly missed or difficult to detect... and do not always correlate with patient symptoms. So in other words, you are not likely to find what you are looking for here.
