For the first case, my patient had a penicillin allergy that I overlooked and didn’t include in my treatment modifications. However, the follow up questions included prescribing and I made sure to write for clinda because I saw after I submitted the treatment plan their allergy. Is it a critical error that I didn’t mention the penicillin allergy in the tx modifications?

I also sequenced some steps wrong for my peds case and addressed their pain last so I’m feeling like 💩
