I'm hoping to connect with my future classmates at CU! Who will be attending this summer?

Yay! Are you moving or do you live in CO?

I'll be moving! I'm from Washington. I think I heard that once the class is established that a FB page is shared so that we can coordinate housing and get some insight as to where we should move... I hope this happens because I wouldn't really know where to begin. What about you?

I live in Denver, so I hope I can help provide some insight on living here 🙂 I think you're right about the fb page, but that probably won't be available till April since people often hold spots when they don't intend to take them and a lot of shuffling around occurs. I'm just super excited to get going and move into this next phase!

I will be attending CU as well! I live in CO now but I'm not sure where the best place to live is either.

If you're like me and when you leave school at the end of the day you really want to LEAVE school, I'd say to not live in Aurora. There's so many cool neighborhoods around the Denver metro area and you get the benefit of being close to cool bars, restaurants, and concerts without having to in the shadow of school. But that's just me, I need to put some geographical distance between me and school for my own sanity sometimes. I currently live in NW Denver, so I will have a heftier commute, but I love my neighborhood. I do know people who live in Aurora, and being close is convenient and also cheaper than living in Denver (I think). It's really all about what you prefer. Being closer to the mountains is also a plus of living westward 🙂

Congratulations everyone, you will make a great class at a great school, and I am drooling over the campus you get to study at! Did most of you also apply to Regis, and if so, did you turn down acceptance?
