You don't say whether you're an American citizen or permanent resident, or whether you're seriously thinking of going there or simply curious about the school. While I am not an expert, I do know that Americans are not allowed to travel to Cuba (at least directly; it can be done from other countries, like Mexico), mostly for tourism. Or maybe cheap (inexpensive) cigars.
Either way, with the US embargo on Cuba, I don't think you'd be too welcome back in the US if you were educated in Cuba - even though the "Cold War is over."
Just something to think about.
