I think NYMC probably has a stronger reputation. RF has been on and off probation over the years (maybe NYMC has too but not that I recall). Also, I think NYMC matches better. Location-wise, I think I'd take the Hudson River Valley over North Chicago. In the latter case, North Chicago is not the north side of the city of Chicago but rather a town called North Chicago about 45-60 minutes north of the city. I think as M3 you probably pick up and move closer to the city, though I'm guessing.

I'd personally try to avoid Chicago, but that's merely a personal preference of mine.

NYMC is owned/operated by the Touro group IIRC, but it is a MD school unlike the named Touro schools which are DO.
