Current DAT vs. Sample ADA DAT

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Yeah. The sample one is a joke compare to what they are having right now.

I agree, the real DAT is much harder. Although the gchem, ochem, and reading comp is pretty similar. The QR on the actual DAT is a killer.

Here were my scores:

Sample ADA taken (2/7) -vs- real DAT taken earlier today (2/13)
Bio: 23 vs 20
GChem 21 vs 17
OChem 25 vs 19
PAT 22 vs 20
Reading 18 vs 19
Math 14 vs 13

Just FYI.

i never took the practice test on the web site, but heres some intel for you guys.

i took the dat in july 2006 and with out studying got a 18 sci, 19 acav, 20 pat. The next spring i took the kaplan test prep course ($1200), studied my *** off, did all the online content/questions on their website. i even had 2 weeks off from work so id study all day in the library at school. so i took the DAT the next summer just days after all my studying was done(july2007) and for all my work, my scores went to 19sci, 19acav, 23pat. The one major thing i noticed was that the DAT had gotten way harder...maybe i slept bad or something, but i felt perfectly alert. i did feel bewildered after the test because i was not expecting it to get so much harder, and i thought id have better scores.

so for those of you preparing...dont skimp. be solidly prepared.

I don't think the "made" it easy, I read somewhere that it was an actual DAT test just from like 10-15 years ago or something and of course the DAT has gotten harder, especially in the past year, at least comparing what people have said that have taken it in 05-06 vs summer 07-now.
