For those of you interested, the issue of TEPP (Training and Education in Professional Psychology) that just came out has a special section devoted to the internship imbalance. I haven't finished reading the articles yet, but they are calling for 7-10 page responses (due in a month) to the papers, in the hope of generating discussion and perhaps movement towards solution.
