I will be starting my 3rd year in med school in July. I'm from a Caribbean school and I was wondering if I could set up core rotations with military locations. Is that at all possible?

I have never heard of anyone doing this, but I don't know off hand why you couldn't. Just like with many U.S. schools, you would need to get a memorandum of understanding between your school and the military hospital. The better question is, since you're obviously not on scholarship, why would you want to do this?

Possible yes, likely no.

Yes, you can do a rotation just like at any other civilian program, but priority goes to USUHS and HPSP. Do a search of what you are interested in, and just call them up. You do not get paid unless you are in HPSP.
