I am pretty sure that this fits under peer reviewed, solicited has nothing to do with being peer reviewed, you still recieved comments by the reviewers who looked at your manuscript. Peer reviewed just means that a group of reviewers besides the editor looked at your manuscript and provided comments.
Agree. As long as it's peer-reviewed, you are golden. The invited part doesn't negate that.
