These threads unfortunately won't really be helpful for us MS4s. It's completely different for everyone depending on the strength of application, strength of the programs they visited, etc, regarding how far they go down their list. Just rank how you want to and if you think you can get away with not ranking a program you really didn't like, don't rank them. My $0.02.
