Does anybody currently attend UTMB and post here on SDN? I wanted to ask some questions....

I coudkln't find a "class of 2009" thread and the last post on the "class of 2008" thread was about a month ago or so....

it's an old thread, but i'm a current utmb student. if you're looking for an opinion of the school, here it is: I LOVE IT! The profs are great (for the most part) and I've met some really interesting and unique people here. The class is really diverse since it's a goal of the SOM to make it as diverse as possible. The way the class schedule works leaves you with lots of free time, so there's no excuse to say that there's no free time in med school.

I just posted that I have a condo for rent w/in walking distance of UTMB - it is at Marina Pointe - it's 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath - 2 story - w/a covered parking spot - security gate - beautiful pool/hot tub - fully furnished $1400 month - if you know of any interested students please let me know - I am about to post a flier at the school -
