I've read through this a few times and just want to check my understanding. As it stands now, I can prescribe Suboxone to up to 30 patients a year (as an outpatient) without getting a waiver? It I want to go above this I need to apply for the waiver. Is that correct?

You still need a waiver, you just don't have to do the training for it for up to 30 patients.
