Currently licensed in california, want to become licensed in FL

I passed NAPLEX in CA more than 3 years ago, so score transfer is out.
According to the NABP, it says, "The Board will accept licensure transfer of pharmacists licensed in California after January 1, 2004."

Just want to confirm I can do a license transfer and just take the MPJE. I am having a hard time getting ahold of anyone at the FL BOP for clarification, still waiting on their response. Anyone else do this?

Hell, did you have any luck? I am looking on tips for License transfer from KS to FL. The website is so confusing.
