Is there any Canadian pharmacist who obtained a license by endorsement (no NAPLEX) in Michigan?

If you want to transfer your license to another state (eg. Illinois) do you just need to write the IL MPJE or do you also need to write the NAPLEX and MPJE since you didn’t write the NAPLEX when obtaining Michigan license?
