Cush/Easiest PGY1 year on ERAS? Best Transitional Year Programs?

I heard from upper year residents that those that are applying for dermatology, radiology, rad-onc, anesthesiology should do an easy PGY1 year before starting their training. Those that are much easier than 3rd year of medical school.

So what are the super easy (cush) transitional year programs on the ERAS programs list?
